Recently, there is a growing interest in the sequence analysis. In particular, the next generation sequencing (NGS) technique\nfragments the base sequence and analyzes the functions thereof. Its essential role is to arrange pieces of the base sequence together\nbased on sequencing and to define the functions. The organization of unarranged piece of sequence is one of the active research\nareas; moreover, definition of gene function automatically is a popular research topic.Theprevious studies about the automatic gene\nfunction have mainly utilized the method that automatically defines protein functions by using the similarities of base sequence or\nthe disclosed database and the protein interaction or context free method. This study aims to predict the category of protein whose\nfunction was not defined after learning automatically with GO by extracting the characteristics of protein inside the cluster.This\nstudy conducts clustering by using the protein interaction that is generated by the similarities of base sequence under the assumption\nthat the proteins inside the cluster have similar function. The proposed method is to show an optimized result in accordance with\nthe option after finding the option value that can give the outperformed prediction of GO, which classifies the functions based on\nthe IPR and keywords inside the same cluster as the unique features....
Existence criteria are derived for the eventually periodic solutions of a class of differential equations with piecewise constant\nargument whose solutions at consecutive integers satisfy nonlinear recurrence relations. The proof characterizes the initial values\nof periodic solutions in terms of the coefficients of the resulting difference equations. Sufficient conditions for the unboundedness,\nboundedness, and symmetry of general solutions also follow from the corresponding properties of the difference equations....
We propose the theory of possibility intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert theory and define some related concepts pertaining to this notion\nas well as the basic operations on this concept, namely, the complement, union, intersection, AND, and OR.The basic properties\nand relevant laws pertaining to this concept such as DeMorgans laws are proved. Lastly, a generalized algorithm is introduced and\napplied to the concept of possibility intuitionistic fuzzy soft expert sets in hypothetical decision making problem....
This paper focuses on the problem of robustH? control for a class of switched nonlinear systems with multiple time delays which are\nallowed to appear not only in state but also in input. We will design a controller and a switchinglawunder which the system is ââ?¬Å?robust\nstableââ?¬Â and has performance L2-gain Y. Besides, multiple Lyapunov-Razumikhin functions which are relatively less conservative are\nintroduced to investigate the stability of the candidate switched system. In detail, firstly, for uncertain nonlinear switched system\nwith time-varying delays, sufficient condition is given by inequalities which are equivalent to LMIs, so it is easy to be solved; then,\nas a special case, nonlinear switched system with constant time delay is also considered. Finally, by providing numerical examples,\nthe feasibility of the proposed approach is demonstrated....
The problem of observer-based robust fault reconstruction for a class of nonlinear sampled-data systems is investigated. A discrete time\nLipschitz nonlinear system is first established, and its Euler-approximate model is described; then, an Euler-approximate\nproportional integral observer (EPIO) is constructed such that simultaneous reconstruction of system states and actuator faults\nare guaranteed. The presented EPIO possesses the disturbance-decoupling ability because its architecture is similar to that of a\nnonlinear unknown input observer. The robust stability of the EPIO and convergence of fault-reconstructing errors are proved\nusing Lyapunov stability theory together with H? techniques. The design of the EPIO is reformulated into convex optimization\nproblem involving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) such that its gain matrices can be conveniently calculated using standard LMI\ntools. In addition, to guarantee the implementation of the EPIO on the exact model, sufficient conditions of its semiglobal practical\nconvergence are provided explicitly. Finally, a single-link flexible robot is employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed faultre constructing\nmethod....
